Et netera is the third best employer in the Czech Republic for 2010

On Thursday, April 15, the results of the Best Employers Česká republika study, processed every year by the international human resource consulting and outsourcing company Hewitt Associates were announced at Top Hotel Praha. The goal of the study is to analyze the motivation of employees and the amount of harmony between their needs and human resource tools to differentiate between the best employers and the rest.

According to the study, the award winners have employees who are a quarter more motivated, bring better commercial results and speak positively about the company in front of their colleagues, families and friends. They want to continue working for the company and more positively evaluate their top managers.

Companies with at least 50 employees active in the Czech Republic for at least two years can enter the study. Just like last year, two categories were formed: one for large companies (Top5) and a second for small- and medium-sized companies (Top10).

Et netera placed 3rd in the small- and medium-sized category. Many factors were behind this success. First of all, it's corporate culture where human values play a more important role than formal rules. Others include various employee benefits, selection of trainings partially arraigned by employees among themselves and many small, fun cultural and social events.

This success shows we are working in accordance with what we have been building as a company over the long term and that people understand that goal, whether it be corporate culture, advantages for clients or direct support of employees,” said Martin Černohorský, Et netera a.s. Executive director.
