Martin Černohorský (*1975)
Managing Director and Chairman of the Supervisory Board
During his professional career, Martin has gone through a number management of professions. He worked as the head of the operations and services division for Editel CZ (Deloitte & Touche). In 1997, he took part in the operation and development of an Internet service provider in Kuwait as the technical director for Atlantis Information CO. He was in charge of utility and telecommunications sales in ICZ. Currently, he is studying at the The Open University in Prague. Martin joined ET NETERA in 2001. He divides his free time equally between his family, friends, and volleyball.
Martin Holečko (*1974)
Member of the Supervisory Board
Martin Holečko graduated from the Czech Technical University in computer science and engineering and from the Insitut d'Administration des Entreprises in Lyon, France (French MBA equivalent). He spent 6 months as a visiting lecturer in the Interactive media atelier at the Visual Arts Academy in Aix-en-Provence, France. He co-founded ET NETERA in 1997 during his studies at CTU. Martin speaks English, French and Spanish and enjoys climbing. Martin is married and he has a little son Nik.
Václav Bittner (*1974)
Member of the Board
Václav Bittner is a graduate of Czech Technical University (ČVUT) with a major in informatics. He started collecting experience at internships in the Czech Republic (CHIP, RTP trading system, Czech National Bank (ČNB) consultants) and abroad (Malta, Germany). In 1997, he co-founded ET NETERA. He is married, has two children and his passions are volleyball, ultimate frisbee and mountains of any shape and color.
Martin Palička (*1975)
Chairman of the Board
Martin Palička, a graduate of the Prague University of Economics (VŠE), first began his professional education in Australia. He then worked in several firms, such as Renesance Burzovní a.s, where he worked as a trader. He worked as the traffic manager in Boomerang. Before joining ET NETERA in 2000, he worked as a financial analyst for foreign markets with Stratego Invest.
Petr Jareš (*1979)
Member of the Board and Sales and Marketing Director
During his studies, he earned experience as an external IT consultant and then worked shortly in desktop publishing. He joined ET NETERA in 1999, where he started as a project manager and later worked as the key account manager. He became the sales head in 2003. Currently, Petr is studying at the The Open University in Prague. He speaks he English and German. His main hobby is traveling.
Pavel Pola (*1975)
Technical Director
During his studies at the Maths-Physics Faculty at Charles University and at the Prague University of Economics, he worked as the chief programmer for EDITEL. Pavel directed the development of electronic payments for Československá obchodní banka (ČSOB), among other projects. He joined Et netera in 2001, and has been in charge of development ever since. He is an avid photographer and he is the founder and editor-in-chief of Paladix.cz. Pavel has two children.
Jiří Štěpán (*1976)
Member of the Supervisory Board and Executive Director of the "První multimediální" division
Graduated from Czech Technical University's (ČVUT) electrical engineering school. Jiri joined ET NETERA already in 1998. He speaks English and Russian. He trains for triatlons and loves mountain-hiking in civilization-free regions. Jiri is married and has twins.
Ondřej Čihař (*1975)
Creative Director of the "První multimediální" division
Ondřej Čihař has a bachelor’s degree in the humanities from Charles University and originally worked as a journalist in various printed medias: TV Nova, as a staff editor at the magazine Quo, and as a freelance writer. Later, he co-founded the Kon.exe PR & New Media agency, where he worked as the PR and marketing manager specializing on new media. Ondřej joined ET NETERA in 2003 and he is responsible for the firm’s PR and marketing activities. In his free time, he likes to travel (with his wife and little son) to exotic destinations, is an avid reader and enjoys sports.
