ET NETERA, the leading Czech e-business solution supplier, concluded the fiscal year 2008/09 (March 2008 – February 2009) with the total turnover of 103,5 million CZK. The operating earnings were 15,5 million CZK.

The total turnover, 103,5 million CZK, means an interannual growth of 17 % and at the same time the portion of own services has gained against the sale of goods. The own services made 90 % from the total turnover. The profitability also increased. “We do not supply only technological solutions but we provide services with a high added value to our customers. And our customers understand that very well. That is why we manage to keep growing and maintaining high quality of our supplies at the same time,” said Martin Černohorský, Et netera’s executive manager.
In 2008 Et netera acquired several new clients as for example Ticketpro or MZV and even started an own project – job and HR portal www.spravnykrok.cz (see Press Release – Správný krok) that substantially changed the habits on the HR online market. The companies do not pay for advertising but only for the interest of a factual user, for his/her CV.
Last year Et netera also won several awards. The prestigious Oscar of the internet world – International Business Awards for the project Offlineblog (see Press Release – Offlineblog) or the award for the best IT web (see Press Release – The Best Web).
For 2009 Et netera plans a further growth between 5 to 10 % despite the difficult economic situation. “Although many firms are likely to reduce investments due to economic crisis we do not believe these reductions would affect substantially the e-business field. The pressure for effectiveness shall increase, which is the target we try to aim with our clients on a long term basis," further said Martin Černohorský.
“As for the finances I can evaluate the last year very well as we managed to increase the operations profitability and improve substantially the observed labour productivity indicators. From the viewpoint of tfuture stability of the company, the improvements of all indicators of company’s liquidity are crucial. We are very careful as for any estimates for this year, however we believe our position of a financially strong and stabile company will be confirmed. We prefer a long term view to short term profits, which has always paid off,” said Martin Palička, Et netera’s financial manager.
The benefits for customers, from the increase of turnover as well as the cut of expenses, is the main objective of all solutions offered by Et netera to its customers. These are reasons why Et netera will further develop the area of consulting this year, establishing a special team of experts for particular key areas related to e-business.
