The consolidated turnover of the two companies should reach 130 000 000 Kč between May, 2010 and the end of the year.

What Transpired?

První multimediální searched for a strategic partner to further develop its business several times in the past. However, the owners were never able to find an entity attractive enough from the point of view of the company’s future to approve the sale. Therefore, they decided to continue expanding the company through its own organic growth. Unfortunately, as a result of several unwise decision made by the previous management and some bad investments, the company got into operating difficulties where the best way out was a strong and stable partner. At that point, acquisition talks began with Et netera, which over the long-term had been close to the company, especially on the level of corporate ownership.

The mutual trust and desire to join forces was the main reason the transaction took place so easily and in record time. Both companies are well known on the market for approaching their clients and employees fairly. From the point of view of the owners and the current management, the companies are completely compatible on the human level and all 100 employees look forward to working together and building the company’s future growth.
