ET NETERA, leading Czech supplier of e-business solutions, ranked 10th in the Best Employers study in the Czech Republic.

On Thursday April 16, 2009 a ceremonial took place in Jalta Hotel announcing the results of the Best Employers Czech Republic, a study worked up annually by Hewitt Associates. The study’s objective is to show what differentiates the best employers from the others, using the analysis of employee motivations and the compliance of their needs and HR tools of the firms.
According to the study the awarded companies have one-fourth more well motivated employees. They bring better sales results, have lower average illness absence rate and evaluate their top management far better.
Companies having at least 50 internal workers and working in the Czech market for at least two years may apply for the study. This year two lists were compiled; one for big companies (Top5) and second for small and medium companies (Top10).
ET NETERA ranked 10th in the list of small and medium companies. Many factors have influenced the excellent ranking. The company’s culture where human values play more important part than formal rules, various benefits, selection of training partly provided by the employees among themselves and many small, happy cultural and social events. “Above all we try not to play anything, to maintain human and so-called “idiot-free” company meaning without people who spoil the atmosphere by their attitudes. A man like this, if it happens and he passes the interviews, does not stay long, no matter how good expert he is. We want our people to have a balance and harmony between work and private life as for values and attitudes. It is no worth to spend precious time doing something you do not believe in,” said Martin Černohorský, Et netera’s executive manager.
